Check out our curve shorts design 1.  You can add text and fonts to any part of the lax bottoms.  Lightning Wear sublimated lacrosse shorts come in adult and youth sizes. As well, we manufacture these with Elastic drawstring waistband and polyester performance dimple mesh. All garments get Made in the USA.  They start out as a blank piece of paper and fabric in Kensington, Maryland.  We create these and all of our products using dye sublimated technology.

The process of dye sublimation puts your design and pattern on a wide format piece of paper.  We use special high quality sublimation inks.  They patterns and designs get printed with our wide format printers.  The Mimaki printers that we use print fast high quality digital.  And the print with amazing quality and color.  Then, the printed paper marries to the fabric using a high heat transfer.  We have a giant rotary heat press that makes this happen. After that, we cut the patterns and print with special fabric knives.  Finally, the patterns sew together and ship out the door.
