Dye sublimation means that the imprints, colors, logos, names and numbers are all applied directly in to the material that it is constructed of.  So first we take your design and print it using a wide format printer.  Special inks and papers allow the design to transfer to our high quality fabric.  This is done using a very large calendar press.  Finally, the fabric and printed patterns are cut and sewn in our Kensington, Maryland location.  Add an athletic short for a complete look.
