Solid Sublimated Basketball Shorts

Welcome to our product page for our sublimated basketball shorts in solid color.  We have a large pallet of colors that these shorts can be ordered with.  But you can also add your own pattern print or design on these shorts for no additional fee.  As well, can add custom logos, patterns, numbers or names to any place on the shorts.  We make these in adult and youth sizes.  The adult sized shorts start at adult small and can be ordered in sizes as large as 5xl.  Normally, the inseam is 11″ in height.

However, for the youth shorts, we adjust the sizing accordingly.  These shorts have been size and durability tested with some of the greatest youth, high school, college and professional athletes on the planet.  Yes, you heard that correctly.  We have several d-league basketball teams that wear our Maryland made apparel.  We are not hard on your teams budget.  But we are hard on the quality and appearance of our garments.  Our sublimated basketball uniforms have proved to be the best on the court.

What Is Dye Sublimation?

Dye sublimation is a very intricate and timely process for printing apparel and other retail products.  In short, a design and pattern is prepared by an artist on our end.  Next that digital design and pattern is printed on a wide format printer.  But the secret ingredient to the recipe is in the ink and paper used to print the design.  The inks and paper are a special material.  After the roll of designs are printed on to a large roll we bring them to our large rotary drum heat press.

So, this is the place where things get interesting.  The paper with the sublimation ink is married to our fabric at a very high heat.  As it moves through the belt of the oven, the print that was on the paper turns to liquid then back to solid as it makes its way on to the fabric. Once the fabric cools, it is brought to our large cutting tables and machines for individual cutting.  Finally, the cut pieces are brought to our sewing floor where they are assembled by our talented seamstresses. Then, your product gets sorted and shipped to you and your teams.
