Up until the around 2010, just about every print shop and screen printer that you knew of would charge you screen charges, add on colors and multiple imprint areas.  But not us.  Our process is different, unique cool and perfected.  There are very few companies in the United States that have ventured in to the print cut and sew processes involved.  And the reason is simple.  This is not the type of business or process for the weak at heart.  Lightning Wear has definitely waved a few and many storms in our quest to be the best in the nation.  We started out using a direct to garment print without paper.  Sadly, we retired that process fast.  We learned that if we wanted to be the best, we had to do the best work and hire the best people.
