We use a process called dye sublimation.  Do you remember what an iron on is?  Back before dye sublimation took wave in the early 2000’s iron ons were one of the few types of print process for t shirt and other garments.  Back in the day, buying an iron on t shirt of your favorite rock band was the norm.  But now, you can design the whole shirt to look like your favorite rockband or picture.  Now, instead of just printing on an eight inch by ten inch area, the whole garment prints.  So we take a pattern, put your design including numbers names etc, then cut it.  Then, the garment sews together for the finished result.
