Check out our cool selection of sublimated Hawaiian Shorts.  These shorts are made in just about every color you can imaging.  Here is a link to a gold pair that we sell as well.  Originally, we started making these shorts for a team that was heading to a soccer tournament in Hawaii.  We liked the print so much that we decided to carry it on our site as a custom product.  Since that time, we have had a great success with these shorts.  Unlike any other retailer, we make all of our custom Hawaii shorts to order.  So, this means you can add whatever print, pattern, logo or personalization to any part of the shorts.

Custom Sublimation Shorts

People always want to know how the custom sublimation shorts we sell get the cool and funky prints that we make.  And it is not as simple as it seems for sure.  The design starts with our in house graphic artist.  Our patterns are digitally made and saved to the specifications of our sizing charts.  So, the graphics get placed in to the forms that are used by compute.  Next, the files are printed using a wide format printer.  The printer has high quality inks and paper.  So large rolls are printed.  Then, the process heats up a bit, literally.  A large oven roller is used to marry the printed paper to our high end fabric material on large fabric bolts.  Finally, the fabric is cut individually and sent to our seamstresses for final seams.  Pretty cool, isn’t it?
