Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting the and sites.  Below are the terms and conditions for of our shipping policy.  The general shipment date for most items you see on our site is 3-4 weeks after the custom order is placed. However, this may be subject to change depending on the size and complexity of the order (i.e. large or multi-color orders may take longer). We also offer a rush fee of 20% of the purchase that guarantees a shipment of your order after 7 business days of completion. If there is a date that you must have your order by, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.


We manufacture and ship all of our garments from our Kensington, Maryland factory.  All orders are processed within 21 business days.  However, many times we make and ship our goods much sooner.  If we are experiencing a high volume of custom orders, shipments may delayed a few days.  From time to time we do experience equipment malfunctions which can delay production of your order.  If there are significant delays, we will contact you via email.  As well, since many of our products are team or club related, we ask that if you have a specific delivery date in mind, please call us and we can arrange to accommodate.

Shipping charges for your order are normally calculated in the checkout section of our site.  We offer USPS, FedEx and UPS services for your convenience.  There are no handling or special charges.  Overnight options are offered for shipping, but this does not mean that your order does take additional time to process and prepare.


Lightning Wear ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO.  We also ship worldwide, depending on your country. Usually the US Post Office handles all of these types of shipments unless you specify otherwise.


Lightning Wear and its assigns are not responsible for any customs or tax related charged applied to your order.  All fees charged during or after the shipment of your order are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Lightning Wear and its assigns are not liable for any damaged packages or lost products.  If your package is lost or damages, please contact the shipper to file the necessary claim.  Please make sure to save all package shipping materials and labels before filing a claim.
