Custom Sublimated Jerseys - Screen Printed Pinnies

At Lightning Wear, we produce sublimated pinnies and screen printed custom reversibles. The difference is that screen printed pinnies are first made and then an ink is applied on top of the garment in 1-4 colors. They are a durable and long lasting jersey.  However your colors are limited to the solid spectrum that we have of in stock material. Sublimated jerseys, on the other hand, start out as a wide white piece of fabric. But our process is a little more advanced. We use a giant calendar press that transfers the ink and pattern on to the fabric. Then the material is cut and sewn and shipped your way. Call us for team pricing or special events. As you can see in the picture above, the side panels are dyed in to the fabric with any type of piping or special accent that you request. Our online designer tool allows for you to use some of our template files with a secondary color. However, if you want additional accents or want to show off more colors, contact us. Make Checker Board Jerseys

Design Reversible Jerseys

Custom sports jerseys from Lightning Wear. Check out these very cool Crested Butte Ski Team pinnies that we made for the guys and gals out in frosty Colorado. I just went on their site and it looks like the snow is pumping.The temperature is a nice 21 degrees and all runs are moving. As you can see by the picture below, the team chose the vegas city of lights print we have on our designer. On the inside they chose a rasta print with the custom logo on the front. They added team player names and custom numbers to the back of the jersey.

Dye Sublimated Jerseys

As you can see by the picture above, dye sublimated jerseys have a unique manufactuing process to them. The image is printed with a wide format printer and wide dye sublimation paper. We use special water based ink for four different colors. Then, our special software coverts an image from a file on your computer to a print ready project. So the jersey is actually printed with the size labels. The patterns and seam allowances are all included too. The same process occurs no matter what type of garment that we make.
